I don't have one near me right now, use to eat it more when I was living in socal.

But at Chipotle it's: salad, chicken (meat doesn't matter), pico, peppers, cheese, sour cream. Can get guac, but I passed since I got double meat.

My other (fast) keto options are In-n-out (protein style, mustard instead of spread) and poke bowls.

Ice cream from a place called Nitrogen Ice Cream in Oviedo, FL. Vanilla infused with Carmel & peanut butter sawse with bits of Reece’s Peanut butter cups.


Lunch today while watching Brazil vs Belgium from a local hibachi/sushi spot. Miso soup, crab rangoons, & Fillet mignon medium rare.


Gonna have some pics of dinner tonight with a few neighbors... steamed shrimp, ribs, old bay wings, steamed crabs, & beer...
