Went to Hmart to cop some Sriracha to make the spicy mayo but apparently theres a worldwide Sriracha shortage due to shortage of the chili pepper from bad crop yields and weather. Smh.

Yeah looks good but eating them probably a PITA. A fat sandwich with a bunch of **** in it is easier to eat than a fat burger type.

Scaled it back this year and only did jalapeños and spinach. 3rd year in a row I haven’t been able to grow spinach successfully, idk what I’m doing wrong
I didn’t start indoors and waited until it was above 60 at night so I ended up planting the jalapeños around June, just harvested some this week actually
