Definitely agreeI get concept burgers but 99% of the time those things are just too much and get in the way.
I think burger makers treat consumers like children. "Just stack it up real high. Make it colorful. They'll like that."
Yeah, there's a shortage of siracha and sweet chili sauce.Went to Hmart to cop some Sriracha to make the spicy mayo but apparently theres a worldwide Sriracha shortage due to shortage of the chili pepper from bad crop yields and weather. Smh.

Scaled it back this year and only did jalapeños and spinach. 3rd year in a row I haven’t been able to grow spinach successfully, idk what I’m doing wrongYea, how do you eat that "Burger Style?"

Yeah, a few months back trader Joe's were flat out for a while. And any spots that had if were charging a lot.I saw sweet chili sauce actually, quite a few bottles dont know the brand.
