Bro, how was Eggslut? Planning on checking that place out in a couple of weeks. Was back in LA last few days. Better job of taking pics this time.
The usual.
Had to try this.....
Salad, The "****" and the "Gaucho" (Seared Wagyu Tri-tip, egg, onions, arugula, chimichurri, brioche bun).
"****" is a poached egg over pureed potatoes in a jar. You mix it all up. Broke the yolk as soon as the spoon hit it.
More Gaucho....
Gaucho w/ broke yolk
OG Bacon, Egg + Cheese + Fairfax (scrambled eggs, cheese, onions, chives, brioche bun)
Fairfax explosion
Did a few other meals but no pics. Then back to NY....
OG Mister Softee. None of that Pinkberry ********....
Nice. I thought the place was strictly breakfast...But seeing that Gaucho, that is something I definitely want to try. Can't wait to visit. It was good. Real good.
The OG Bacon Egg Cheese has a dope ketchup on it. Buns are dope.
Go after 11:30am so you can also order a burger or Gaucho if you want to try those. Gaucho was dope.
The "****" is pretty good. But I expected more.
It's in a market in Downtown LA that has a ton of other food options as well, so kind of worth it to go and walk around and peep all of that.
