I thought the same. Here’s a shot of the menu. No mention of anything but there was definitely something that altered the texture. They were great though but definitely not your typical scrambled eggs. Almost kind of mealy but super soft.

Also, didn’t realize that **** was $55. Don’t get that. Not worth it. The ricotta pancakes are great though.

I think people legit think "washing chicken" means we are holding individual pieces of chicken under the faucet while water is running down on them.

Which is SO far from the truth.

My washing is more of a part acid + salt + water SOAKING.

I LET it soak for 20 mins.

Then I pour the remaining juices directly down the drain.

Do you remember the name of the restaurant? I remember All the food was bomb but I don’t remember the names except the park distillery bar/restaurant.

Just ate some sort of Brazilian soup. I forget the name, was basically black bean based with sliced sausage and then some sort of other porn pieces that were tender and had fallen off the bone.
