FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Been craving a good cheesesteak but the delis here warm up roast beef then melt american cheese on top and call it a cheesesteak.

Honestly most of the days I work I have limited time to eat or drink water, so I go home and chug a bunch of glasses in the 2-ish hours I stay up before heading to bed.

I usually wake up at 3AM, take an Austin Powers-esque piss, and then I'm good until I have to wake back up at 6.

Wish it didn't have to be that way though.

^^^ , I’ve seen a number of articles lately indicating that nutrition experts are re-thinking what has been the conventional wisdom about water intake. There’s not necessarily a minimum amount everyone should be drinking, according to what I read. If you don’t feel thirsty at all, probably no need for pounding a bunch of extra water.

Not saying this is right, not saying this is wrong. Just something I’ve been seeing.
 
New years eve and day dinner...
First time trying a reverse sear on the rib eye...didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it....cabbage with home made venison sausage...fire roasted tomatoes in the black eyed peas
