23soles what's the word on that Reserva De La Familia? I almost scooped a bottle when I was having trouble finding my beloved Fortaleza (which I eventually nailed).

I’ll preface this with, I’m more of a scotch and bourbon guy so my palette is less refined when it comes to Tequila and I was several drinks deep by the time I had this. That said, I have owned 1942, Avion 44, and clase azul in the past and can say that this was just as, if not a bit smoother in my opinion and I enjoyed the charred oak and hint of vanilla flavor quite a bit more - dark, rich, easy sipping. Almost like a bourbon.

No you don't. Without all those fats, the meat wouldn't be as flavorful. ( # ).

You might think you don't like biting into the fat but if you LIKE brisket, you LIKE fatty brisket.

The only somewhat fatty meats I tolerate is oxtail and fish? I don't know how people enjoy pork belly. The fat to muscle ratio is all off.
