My wife randomly making fancy snacks

Strawberry, basil, goat cheese on a water cracker.

Goat cheese is a little strong for my blood. I could only eat one.

Turnover are so fire. Especially the part where the dough meets the fruit and gets soft and gooey.

Did you wrap it? What temp did you smoke it at and what temp did you pull it out?
Any brisket is good brisket in my opinion. I been craving brisket grilled cheese.

Appreciate it yeah still learning how to slice it…I rocked it at 275 pretty much for 8 hours wrapped when it hit 177 pulled it out 200
 
Would go lower and slower next time if time allows.

But yeah, always against the grain, and remember the flat and point have 2 different grains.

Otherwise looks pretty good.

Here’s everything cut up

How long you cook it for? It looks a little dry but could be the way you cut it. I personally think you smoked it too high. I’d aim for 220-225. How’d it taste?
