I love plantains.
chips, tajadas, tostones... But my absolute fave is when they're sweet and ripe and fried. 🔥

I don’t disagree. Bruh above wants to slow the ripening process.
 
The fridge will slow it down a little but it’s inevitable to happen.

But won't it also slow down the ripening process. This only happens with the plantains I get from Costco, its weird. It doesn't ripen at all and just dries out.

The bottom is exactly how I like my plantains. Just ripe enough without being that soggy mess some places serves.
 
I baked brisket for 10 hours last thanksgiving. Was pretty good but the pieces with the fat cap tasted so good. Makes me just want a few pounds of fat cap to make burnt ends.
