i was gonna go the opposite route and say some of y'all must have the metabolism of a log with how worried a little sugar or cheese gets y'all

i could see if it's a daily thing but people will post a cake they had for their birthday or something you eat monthly maybe and the sugar police comes in hard

Serious question. How old are you and how much do you weigh. Because I just can’t see someone being normal size and be able to eat like that at a normal middle age. Like if I ate like that at my age,35 at 6’2 235 lbs, I’d be 300+ lbs by October.

When I was in my mid to late 20’s the most i weighed was around 240
Actually with this new Popeyes diet I lost weight
I’m at 211 now
I was much worse when I was younger
Smoked like 1-2 packs a day
Smoked weed everyday
And ate like a madman
I don’t drink alcohol

Gonna say probably a little over 5lbs
My weight is usually around 215-218ish
I also made an effort to stop eating big meals before bed
I like eating then passing out right after
I lost around 25lbs 2 years ago and was at 190
But gained it right back

I hover around 200lbs since cutting off alcohol. Was close to 290 before that.

Got a bowl from Chiptole this afternoon. Thought they had raised the prices. As I was walking out, I looked at the receipt. This mf charged me for guac. Walked right back up to the cashier and told him. Only thing he said was “oh, you didn’t get guac”

No apology or anything.
