How do you pronounce that? Particularly the o spelled like that?
It's written out as following: æ = ae, ø = oe, å = aa

Æ as im AEsthetic or Egg
Ø as in EArth or sIr
Å almost as you pronounce a short O

Danish, Norwegian and Swedish are very similar in writing, but different in pronunciation. Whenever I speak to a Swede, I switch to English after a sentence or two. Which is probably rude, now I think about it.

Mac and cheese pro tip:

If you have a food processor that’s capable of shredding, please use it.

My goodness. Didn’t feel like bringing out the food processor and having to wash it afterwards, so I opted to shred by hand. Never again.

Hand grating/shredding potatoes is how I work out my biceps and forearms.

I posted this in the NBA Thread but B Sox B Sox wss right, it probably belongs here  I didn’t have a traditional Thanksgiving last year so I ended up friending for it this year. Problem is that I’m currently in Madrid but ended up finding this spot called La Gringa that had an American Thanksgiving dinner special. I was pleasantly surprised. Pics below for the beasts.

So all of that along with unlimited bellinis, wine and beer for two hours was only $42USD per person. I feel like in America that would be a cool $75 + tip
