FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Y’all gotta stop thinking these test results reflect current times. We won’t see Covid19 numbers reflecting the protests for some time

I know. My point was that infection numbers are climbing in a lot of places just due to reopening, before the protests started happening. So I’m expecting even bigger spikes due to the protests, but like Nouss Nouss said - hope that’s wrong.

i work in health care and you are 100% correct
the numbers were already going back up before the protests. there is no way that they don't keep going up
i see like 40% people not wearing masks anymore. it's inevitable

breakfast fried rice (bacon)

made bolognese sauce with 50/50 ground beef/pork
it was good but I think I would prefer 2:1 beef to pork next time

had left over ground beef and no buns
so toasted french bread and cooked beef with diced onions in cast iron with melted white cheddar

sous-vide chicken breast and homemade bbq sauce
seasoned the breasts and put a lil bbq sauce in the bag and cooked at 150 for 4 hours
it pulled nicely and wasn't dry. ate with roasted cauli and air fried fries

My goodness. That Bolognese though 🔥🔥🔥

Can't trust me then.

I do noteat any of those sea creatures. Never will (again).

I straight up tell ppl I'm allergic when they try to get me to try their nasty fish.

Roaches of the sea  So on point.
Do you consider all of them do you consider roaches of the sea?

ANd why?

Crab, shrimp, and the like, yes because they are.

Compare the biology of a roach to shrimp. Main difference seems to be one spends it's time soaking in salt water.

Fish is just fish. Regardless, it has nothing to do with how they look, I don't like the taste of it. Plus I'm allergic.

I agree, the Pork items are the ones that I care the least about.

Ham
Ribs
Bacon

They all can go
I don't know how you expected a consensus
