Done. I would have liked a little more bark - the fire cooled down a bit towards the end of the naked part of the cook - just needed a poke and then it jumped up 50°. Its delicious though.

I must be the only one that doesn't see any stove tops at all :lol: :nerd:

Oh I see we talking position. Front right, always.

My stove top has 5 burners though, a smaller one in the middle.
 
I’m front left. In part because that’s just my preference and in part because the right burners at my house are really close to wall so I can’t turn them up all the way with some limited fire risk... :lol: :smh:
 
Never make it but it’s one of my favorite take outs. Tonight.....

These were picked up yesterday along with a gang of other food. Including a lovely blue crab ravioli for me. Did a sweep at whole foods earlier and finally tried the pre-prepared garlic bread they have that I’ve been eyeballing for a bit.
