Made Birria again. This time I included beef marrow bones to simmer in the broth and doubled the seasonings. The bone made a hugw difference in flavor

Color once the Guajillo peppers started to break down

I blended the peppers and added them, giving a deeper red color

Nice. I might try this again on the weekend with Beef and the bones. Gonna add some allspice and pho seasoning cubes to really kick it up.
 
Might do the same. I'm usually not crazy about ice cream, but those sound like they're worth trying.

Plus I need a new cooler bag. :lol:
 
I went ahead and pulled the trigger since I got some unexpected money from gramps on Thanskgiving.

That price was a hard pill to swallow though:lol::smh:. Gonna try to sell the shirt and hat to recoup some of my losses.
