Definitely Jollof rice,, plantains and some protein. I’d recommend beef but they cook the beef with the skin of the cow on and that may be off putting to someone for the first time so I’d go with chicken or fishThis looks real good. well beef is my first recommendation. Then chicken. Haven’t tried the fish yet.
