Was in the mood for mac and cheese, added bacon. Only had Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (didn't use a lot maybe little more than half cup). Need to try gruyere, gouda, asiago, those type of cheeses.

Been trying to switch things up recently. Found this to be surprisingly good. I make tacos a lot and I find this brand of veggie burgers to be really good as well

Morning Star and Gardein are my two go-tos for fake meat products. Both brands offer some good stuff, IMO.

In my quest to not eat as much meat I've realized a lot of these substitutes aren't really billed as healthier options, they're just not meat.

The Beyond Meat burger patty is the best out there that I’ve had, but I like the other brands I mentioned for plant-based ground beef and chicken alternatives.

i made some meatballs and my wife made cutlets last weekend. Made myself a buff chicken cutlet sandwich, and a meatball x chicken parm.
