What’s the vibe like in a Michelin restaurant? I couldn’t imagine dropping hundreds on a meal then Drake walks in and demands the aux the whole time I’m there

It really depends. Michelin star doesn't always mean "high class/elite" atmosphere.

Had a meal at Luksus a few years before it closed, but it was a little hole in the wall behind a craft beer bar. Was a great experience overall.

Also outside of Chicago and their weird pizza cakes, most places that have good pizza also import nyc water to make their pizzas.
