Get ur percentage up then

U seem to be a texture person
I get it
I’m like that for SOME foods
But for all foods do u need a certain texture??
For ALL foods" not sure about that but it is something I think about often.

Texture is simply part of the entire picture. When combining multiple things, yes, texture is consciously thought about. "

Yeah I’ve never thought about it
When eating yogurt
But now that u mention it
Some nice texture would be good
I’m a try adding something next time I eat
Anything u recommend
Flavor and something to give it a nice texture

U protein boys
Could adding a slice of lox
Substitute ur powder in the morning???

i use it for taste and 20 + g of protein

a slice of lox is like less than 15 and a ****-ton of sodium

Meal replacement, includes whey among other nutrients. Yes, but I normally don’t react to dairy like that. I eat ice cream sammiches by the two.

looking at the ingredients label makes me throw up

binders and emulsifiers

Nuts ( # )

Granola (But that adds a lot of sugar)

Plain Yogurt is the way to go though, Blank Canvas

 I only went to Baked Bear once, and that was in San Diego.

There is one here but I don't think about Ice Cream that much to go out of my way for it

Correct

The consistency is the same.
I am all confused now on difference in malt and shake. Because wouldn't the consistency be different then if you are pouring powder in versus not pouring powder in.

I need to incorporate protein powder in my breakfast.
Why not just have a protein shake then? I don't know if I read the post wrong, to me it seemed like you couldn't figure out how to do it.
Grape Nuts probably my favorite. But I also like Crispix and Honey Nut Cheerios. No Corn Flakes.
I use to always want Grape Nuts growing up watching the commercial, but my mom would never buy them. Now I am grown I don't want to buy them either.

Malt is added after the milkshake is blended, it's basically a flavor enhancer. Try a regular milkshake and a 'malt' with the same flavor side by side and do a comparison.

I'm no expert on this... I went to Whataburger yesterday evening and noticed that they had a 'malt' option for their shakes and decided to give it a try. I was confused as well until I looked it up.
