I eat the same breakfast mon thru Friday.

3 eggs combined over easy
sometimes 1 or 2 yolks
A protein
2 slices of toast.

Maybe twice a month I'll switch it up or eat more or less eggs.
 
i make my cream of wheat by boiling milk
once its boiled i put like a tablespoon of butter
and pour in cream of wheat
dash of cinnamon
then throw brown sugar in the pot
stir and simmer down
then another splash of milk

just sitting on the table overnight
and during the day
covered by a napkin
that **** irks me
 
Over night naw.
After it's cooked it might sit on the table covered but it goes in the fridge shortly after.


I've never had "cream of wheat"

How is it different from oatmeal

Kind of hard to describe.. all I can tell you is that if you've ever had whoppers, the chocolate candy, the filling inside is malt. It tastes like a regular milkshake but the malt really enhances the flavor, very sweet. I have to try another in a different flavor to decide if malt is better than regular.

Isn't a malt a different consistency I had a malt once and didn't like the consistency.

The consistency is the same.

No disrespect but are yall consistently eating breakfast ?

If yes, what does it USUALLY consist of?
Oatmeal with fruits to sweeten it instead of sugar

Or a bagel with cream cheese if I don’t have time for oatmeal in the morning

I generally only eat breakfast on the weekends if we decide to go out. And that’s only occasionally. Just coffee in the morning during the week.
 
I wish ate breakfast consistently.

But when i do/did:
Oatmeal
Toast
Scrambled eggs
Turkey bacon
Milk with powder supplements.

Just threw Turkey Bacon into the morning routine this week.

1. Generally, 1.3333333 Scoops (Protein Powder Sized Scoop) of Oatmeal (Not Quick) w/Almond Milk, Peanut Butter Powdered Cinnamon, Powdered Ginger, Ground Flax Seed

2. 3 Eggs (Boiled or Scrambled depending on how I feel)

3. Protein Shake: Almond Milk, Peanut Butter, Garden of Life Vegan Protein, Frozen Banana

But that is on an everyday basis.

yellow grits with cheese > quaker instant oatmeal with the apples or cinnamon and spice > cream of wheat
 
Never been a fan of hot cereal of any kind. Just not my thing.

I like cold cereal with sliced up fruit in it though.
 
I have only eaten Shrimp Grits from Bus Boys and Poets. (Good as hell).

Butter/Sugar and/or Cheese Grits don't sound appetizing (To me).

Folks love them though.
 
What about "fruit"

You guys eat alot of "fruit."
I have a half of an apple in my daily Green Shake

I probably eat 2 Bananas each day (Through shakes/smoothies)

Other than that, no REALLY but in the summer I average a whole watermelon per week.

i do intermittent fasting so I don't eat breakfast

but I do break my fast with protein pancakes all the time

2 eggs 2 whites stiffened to a peak, 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, scoop of protein (ancient nutrition peanut butter bone broth collagen protein), baking powder, vanilla extract and ghee
