They're from House of Pies. They have the strips on the menu, but I asked if they could toss them in the Hot Wing sauce.
Tasted great. Had ordered regular wings from there a couple of weeks ago, those sucked..lol...

The place is called Musashi's. There are two locations, one in Wallingford and one in Bellevue. I've had a bad experience with quality at the one in Bellevue so I haven't gone back. The original chirashi bowl is in the second picture, but you also have the option to get specific fish (ie. all salmon, salmon/unagi, etc.). I included the yelp just in case you needed it.

Mannnnnnn. Every time I get a chirashi bowl, I get like 3 slivers of salmon and a dab of roe. Wish I had this.
