I actually thought about making this thread today when I was on the metro and I read a female friend's facebook status about guys hitting her up.
It's like, guys shouldn't approach you at work because it's unprofessional and you're working.
He shouldn't approach you at the gym because that's not what you're there for.
He shouldn't approach you on a social networking site because that's not what you're there for.
The club is obviously not where anyone plans on meeting anyone for anything other than a hook up.
And when you are on the street you are unwilling because that isn't a social setting.
So where exactly does that leave for a random guy to meet you?
It basically sounds like females won't date a guy unless he's a friend or associate of one her friends. Which for someone like me (out of college; has a small group of friends) really sucks.
