To be honest, I think when both guys are in front of everybody's TV during the debates in the Fall, that's when you'll see a big shift leaning towards Obama.
The contrast in age will be too big to overlook, kinda like JFK and Nixon, and I think Obama will come off more knowledgeable and presidential.

Also McCain is a hard nose, Army/POW vet who will be bringing it.
