The appreciation should be about not getting the DUI, and how lucky you are. I had a field sobriety test a few months ago, which I passed, and I'd had fourbeers (over about three hours) right before. It really is nothing to joke about. I wasn't scared, but it wasn't a pleasant experience, just goingthrough field test.

There is nothing to love about drunk driving. I've had my fair share of nights where if I'd been pulled over I'd never see the lightof day again, but I'm not proud of it. A $20 cab ride is much better than $3,000 for a DUI.

Driving drunk is not worth it. Im in so much trouble and debt because of it its not even funny. Im just so glad when I flipped my car andgot a DUI I survived and didnt harm anyone else in the accident. If I would of id never be able to live with myself and would be in 10x more trouble then Ialready am. I used to love going to the liquor store and copping a fith and hit the freeway driving faded swervin in and out of lanes going near 100mph. Ahomey I used to kick it with was driving drunk on the freeway and bapped another car and it got totaled. Because of that dude did a year in county. Not worthyour freedom.

If you think about it, things are set up to encourage drunk driving. You go to a ball game, get some beers. They know damn well you have to drive back home.Also, bars having parking lots, come on now.

Most people have been in a situation where they shouldn't have driven home and realized it after they have gotten home.
Most people LEARN from that mistake and don't do it anymore.

I bet there's oodles of you out there on your high horse who drive when you're sleep deprived, and there really isn't much of a differencewhatsoever between being slightly over the limit and being sleep deprived in terms of how it negatively impacts one's driving. So all you clowns can cutthe BS about hoping drunk drivers die a slow death because I'm sure all you critics know at least one person they love whose driven on sleep deprivation.The only difference between the 2 is that one's against law.
