Finally took the trip to Suit Supply. Copped the basic black tux, the off-white linen and a Navy.
I went to the location near Tyson's Corner. Wasn't a fan of the service. Maybe it was the holiday.
I still need to get everything tailored (they had to special order the suits). Their prices are very fair, especially when you compare them to Jos A. Bank and Men's Wearhouse.
Also discovered I'm a size 9 in Gucci (size 11.5 in Nikes and most sneakers).

CP achilles you need to go 1 size down.
If you are talking about the boots and comfortability, obviously crepe will feel better than a stacked leather sole.

I think what I really appreciate about the fit is the fact that the boots don't have laces so we don't have to see that terrible lacing style you do lmao.

I don't know how I feel about the "New Sigaro" SLP boots. Those may actually be the Chestnut color but I really loved the classic Sigaro with the almost golden brown tone. The above color looks too light but that's only my opinion.

Was able to get common projects achilles low for a good price but they only had sz 45(12) which is my normal size in J's... I've read you should size down unless you have wide feet, which I have
So they came in today and are probably a half size/full guide too long but the width is perfect and there is pretty much no slippage
Do you guys think the extra room in the toe box will end up being an issue?

I usually do a suit at a wedding but recently went to a casual wedding, I did navy chinos with a button up and didn't feel out of place at all. I think a suit is usually the best bet, but as long as the outfit is put together tastefully, you can pull it off
Even nice jeans with a button up and blazer can work
