I need to get a suit tailored.. do you guys usually go to a tailor attached to a dry cleaners? a tailor in a store like burlington or macys? or just a shop that specializes in tailoring? 8o

my usual tailor own a mom and pop type shop. if you do go to one inside a dry cleaner make sure the tailor him/herself is the one that measures you and pins everything. don't let some random employee do it.

Wore this on Friday on a red-eye back to NYC:

Long time lurker, first time poster.

1.) I'm a very skinny guy (6'0, 140 lbs) and I'm wondering if anyone could point me to the right direction to find chinos that fit my body type. Price range under $70. I tried the Dockers Alpha chinos but I didn't like the khaki color.

2.) I want to know what's NT's take on graphic tees? I saw two of them that I liked but every time I read a fashion blog it always says they're a huge NO NO.

1. Not the guy to answer that question as I'm not a very skinny guy lol.

2. Like Wis said they should be subtle, if not just don't do it.

fit is not THAT bad....but the video was ridiculous and not in a good way
+1.

Some suggestions:

1. Be consistent. You first called the patch on the jacket 'pleather' then you switched to 'leather'. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I heard that).
2. If you're going to talk about the brands, know about the brands (referring to the vest).
3. If you want to describe the fabrics, know the fabrics (and not just say that classic vest material).
4. That is not a dress shirt, it is a sports shirt.
5. Matching is highly overrated, coordination is where it's at. You don't need to have every single colors match with your shoes.
6. An outfit video should not be 4+ mins long. I'm sure you can do it in 2 mins or so if you plan it. It appears you winged it since you got lost a lot, which brings me to the next point..
7. Keep vulgarity to the minimum, you will turn off some demographics. I assume your objective is to get the most views possible so yep.

Thanks for participating in the thread :)
