Gents, I need your help, how do you think a camel hair blazer with black cords would look like? I wanted to wear my double breasted gray blazer but it has a couple of stains that I need dry cleaned out. Two, sorry for the lack of WDYWT posts in the blog, went to the docs yesterday so I just threw on a sweater and jeans and today was decade's day at work...so I wore jeans and graphic tee that was 1-2 sizes too big.
I'll be there next week, if we can figure something out for this Sunday that'd be awesome.

Jason, I went ahead and tried it and I think I may try wearing this tomorrow, the pictures show how top heavy I am, and it's something I'm really trying to slim down on, stomach and waist has gone down, just not there:

Anybody try the JCrew Factory suit pants, looking at the Thompson suit pant in Chino (Navy) and the Thompson suit pant (Charcoal). Need some pantaloons for work, thinking of grabbing a pair of each with the 30%. Any reviews?

Not sure of the style but I got a factory trouser for over 80% off. I paid $40 or so for it. Quality sucks but I liked the blackwatch print. Had my tailor recut the trousers.
If you're going with staple colors, I'd opt for better quality variations.

Yeah, saw the 30% and said "What the hell?", those and the Lands End "Year'rounder" caught my eye.
Also thinking of copping a pair of Ludlow pants with the 30% sale JCrew has going.

I love bow ties, wear them routinely. Tie knot depends on the collar of your shirt if fabric permits. With heavier fabric, you are limited...like with me today..with a tweed tie, I couldn't do a full windsor even though I had a spread collar. If the tie was silk, a thinner fabric, I would've opted for this.

I would personally pony up a bit and go with brands that offer 100% wool, quality wool that is, man...Epaulet, Wolf Vs Goat, H.Y., Thick as Thieves, etc. I have Thick as Thieves and Epaulet, and they blow away other trousers I have at twice their price points, basically $300 trousers that are like 80% wool, 20% acrylic. The two colors you want are staple colors so I would opt for the good stuff.
