In store, man.do you get these ties online or in store? my local store seemingly never discounts the ties..and online i never like the ones on sale. well there was one and i woke up to a 40% off and it was gone..i almost copped an ugly orange knit one as a consolation
Its a Thompson. I made an appointment with a tailor today and I'm still going to go mostly for a consult becuase the reactions from this thread have not been pretty.
I feel like I should have gotten a short too as opposed to a regular, need to stop kidding myself like I'm not a manlet

i assumed it was a thompson but i don't recall you stating that it was something else, because ludlow's definitely don't look like that.
what is your height? you may have been better off with a short than a regular.
don't let the size mess with your psyche, the fit is most important.
I'm 5'8.
The only way to learn is through trial and error.
I'm 5'10". I rock a short on suiting fabrics and a regular for tweeds since I see those as outerwear and layer a sweater under.I'm 5'8.Its a Thompson. I have two pairs of ludlow pants I bought recently I need to get some simple hemming done on. Also they are a little big in the waist, want them to be taken in a couple inches. Is taking in the waist a couple, or a few, inches pretty routine for tailors? Like can I take it to any tailor to get this done?
Anyone got any promo-codes or know the next sale for Jcrew? I tried the "Facebook25" one and it didn't work. Lost weight and need to pick up another pair Ludlow pants.
