I'm surprised that Diddy didn't see this coming and hadn't made plans to escape. I feel the same way about the R Kelly situation. These guys had to know that the Feds we're building a case in the walls were closing in on them. If I were them I would have been getting my affairs in order, liquidating assets and already had a plan in place to live in a country where the Feds couldn't get me.

If Diddy is guilty I hope that he is prosecuted and justice is served but it seems like a pretty silly way to go down.

He knew, at a minimum he knew back in April, when they started giving up Passports. He's been giving up assets left and right for a while now. Mase told us everything is in his moms name.
