stuck at work, and couldn't watch the game. sounds like kobe went beast mode on them though

Needing the Celtic's help tonight? Smh.
Magic and Bobcats won't help at all.
Don't matter.
Lakers WILL drop the next 2 games.
Guaranteed.

Lmao also

U said we'd lose last night

Did u see Mr Bryants performance

Told u, the man has made a guarantee, and he is gonna stick by it

D'Antoni has to find ways to decrease Kobe's minutes.

How many more minutes you want him to sit?

D'Antoni usually sits him the first 6 minutes of the 2nd quarter and the first 6 minutes of the 4th (unless its an intense game, then he brings him back at the 8-9 minute mark...happens rarely)

Thats 12 minutes of rest. Kobe is playing 36 mins a game.

Far better than the 44 Mike Brown was putting him through on a nightly basis :lol

Kobe seemed to have that pissed off me-against-the-world edge last night. Was it cause they lost to Denver? National TV game? Playoff push? Or does he hate the Wolves? :lol

I am changing my opinion about Meeks. I guess with consistent, defined minutes, he has the opportunity to heat up with his shot. In a general sense I'm beginning to think "this shot is probably going in" which is what the expectation should be from a one-dimensional specialist like him.

Though he did put the ball to the floor when he should've just pulled up once last night. :lol

Kobe loves playing against his agent's clients...Juice, Harden, Derrick Williams, EJ, etc. :lol

I don't know about you guys, but watching the game last night, I was getting frustrated for Dwight :lol . He didn't get many post touches at all. Seems like they didn't make Dwight an emphasis. Granted, Kobe was going off and setting up dudes, but Dwight barely got any touches in the paint. I don't know if it's the players not looking for him in the paint, Dwight not being able to set himself up in a position where the guys can give him the entry pass, or a little of both.

Even though he wasn't getting his, it was nice to see him keep up the energy on the defensive end getting blocks, forcing the Wolves to adjust theirs, and grabbing boards. Just something I noticed while watching the game last night.

Another thing, you can usually tell Kobe's attitude from how many times he's trying to dunk it. These days if he's trying to yam it 3-4 times in a game you know he's pissed and/or going for the throat.

Anyways with this type of intensity + Dwight, Jamison, Nash, and Meeks finding their roles a bit, the Lakers should have a good chance of making the playoffs.

Just no stupid losses, and winning one of the tough games against the Clips/Thunder/Indy would help.

Yeah but it's been that way all season. Even Nash wasn't finding him for a while.

Things have been changing in this stretch. Nash is more engaged with him in the pick and roll and Kobe looks for him more often. Yesterday was just one of those "KOBE" games.

I want to see the Lakers play 2 games without Kobe. Completely focused on Nash handling the ball and making the decision all game and having Dwight get the ball more. Just want to see what it would look like.

1000

I could break it own further, but am too lazy.
