personally i believe it is because the government would not be able to control it if it was legalized.
therefore they wouldn't be able to tax it.
people will always know how to cultivate bud.
it's just all about the $$$.

And Marijuana was made illegal in the 30's because cotton farmers knew hemp was superior but they had a monopoly (think big oil today) so they had theinfluence to, and did, have it turned illegal.

But, I watched it and didn't think they done a very good job with the show. Nothing really new or in depth about weed or the culture.

pretty cool show. that guy marc was so baked during every interview.
