Oh wow, I totally forgot about South Pole clothing! Haha. It's cool if people want to do the look because there are cheaper alternatives. Honestly, I've yet to see anyone wear a sweater like that but I'm also starting to believe that maybe I've simply never noticed it.Back when I was a kid, I got the Southpole one from Burlington Coat Factory for $7 dollars.
However, I do have this 2015 one from H&M. It was my favorite, stayed in rotation during the winter.
...women love black men in these sweaters for some reason.

Low key, when I was 17 I had a Southpole sweater that looks and fitted just like this one.
Used to wear it with some wallably Lugz and ripped jeans.
Females outside the hood went crazy. Like international students, 00's Grunge and Punk crowd.
However, when I wore it in the hood I got a totally different reaction.
People were asking me if I was still working.
...I didn't get offended though. I was setting trends.

The SouthPole brand just reminds me of the baggy jeans era where the brands would plaster on their company name across the entire front in GIGANTIC size letters. All you needed was a pair of Jordans or Iversons to complete the look. Marlon Wayans comes to mind.

He said when I come to visit him down south, I can't wear none of the stuff he seen me wearing around his peoples.
Dude literally was asking grown *** women on the train, "yo, do you think my homeboy's fit is gay?"
When we got to the club, I played wing man for him, females were approaching me and I was letting him use the outfit as an icebreaker.
...every female told him the same thing, this is New York and I was dress nice as hell.
When we were headed back to my crib, he was like "dawg you don't gay as hell walking around in that BS"?
