the supposed change in release cant possibly be due to contract issues if they dropped already at HOH London. And shoe trends ship dates are always after RD.

If it's a few days or even an extra week, it won't be a problem. But if this "extra week" turns into months, then people won't be interested anymore.

I don't beleive this is true. I'm pretty sure they've shipped before RD on a couple pre-orders I've done with them. It's been a while though. In any case, the fact theirs was always later is probably not significant.

theres no way it can be pushed back months. like dudes have said these are already ready to go. prolly gotta sort something out (contract ?) then theyll drop em. Im thinkin a week ot two but just an assumption. Unless Penny tells Nike to @#$% off and they have to scrap these. If its even a contract dispute.

Who said sneakerST needs to issue refunds? Smh. Question was simply asked would he issue a refund. Most people preordered almost over a month ago, and if in fact they are pushed back and they don't arrive in the next week or so, YES i want a refund. It should be nothing to him, if and when he receives them he is going to sale out regardless.

Exactly. If it's months ahead and if Sneaker_st doesn't want to work with people, expect them to do charge backs if they paid by CC via Paypal.

Isn't it possible that Shoe Trends doesn't even have these in their possession yet? I mean, they may have just said the 22nd to give themselves some time after the official release, if say for example the actual shoes weren't shipped to them until the 12th. Then they could never have orders out by the 13th and if they promised the 13th, people would go crazy. Just a thought/question.

We are currently in the same boat as everyone else. We did not anticipate this delay.
If people want refunds, thats totally fine with me. I would ask that ppl wait a week or so till everyone finds out more information. If the delay is for months, I understand the reasoning for a refund.
Since HOH London got them already... I dont anticipate the delay to be that long... Dont quote me on that tho.. just personal opinion...
That said, our order still stands as confirmed, so everyone that pre-ordered a pair will still get their pair.
