I've been through this situation as well. In my case they charged my debit card for the second pair and when I returned the 1st pair, I got refunded..I spoke with a Nike rep, they referred me to a specialist who asked for pictures and a few questions and said they would contact me in 1-2 business days. I did this with the hopes of receiving 20% off for the backwards Cole. I had no contact from Nike for 7 days so I emailed them last night asking for any information on my inquiry and received this email back.
The Jordan DB retro 3 Cole's were a great shoe. Cole's story is a courageous one.
I know you must be frustrated about how the shoes turned out. The good news is we are sending you a new pair.
It is expected to ship to you this Monday or Tuesday 8/5/12 via Next Day Air. It will be shipped via Fedex.
A tracking number is not available yet but please watch your email for a tracking number by Tueday.

Either way in your case, whether they charged you or not - you have 2 pairs and multiple ways you can go about it (reselling....?)
