U ever been 2 the hood bc?
Depends on your definition of hood. I live in a small rural town. I go to school in a larger city a few miles away. Some of my family members and friends live in what you could call a hood I guess but it doesn't look anything like the hoods I see in the US.

Ain't no damn hoods in Beligium, which is a good thing.

Y'all gotta understand, they build them differently out there. Its not his fault, hes a product of his environment. Its the same reason a NYC cat couldnt last in the AZ desert, they arent built for this heat. We need to nurture him and expand his musical tastes
I know a bunch of NYC transplants living in AZ ******* all of the white women.

NYCers can thrive wherever whenever b. Wash your face.

Stop it bro, only NYC transplant that came out here got snuffed in a gas station parking lot

Hoods are dangerous places b. My neighbor has gotten stabbed like 2 times within a year of each stabbing and my old man claims it's 3 times.

do you speak Walloon?
Walloon is the name of the southern part of Belgium. They speak French there.

I live in Flanders (the north) so my native language is Dutch. Aside from Dutch I can speak very fluent English, fairly fluent French and basic German.

I have also studied Latin for a year but that's mostly lots of terms I can translate, I wouldn't be able to form an actual sentence in Latin anymore now.

Flanders looks like a beautiful place.
Where in flanders?
What sneakers do flanders cats rock out there?

I like knowing about that scene in diff countries

The East-Flanders province. I live around 30-40 minutes away from Ghent.

The sneaker culture is very different out here than the US. I've never seen someone wear a pair of jordans outside of sports activities.

Vans are still very popular, Converse chuck taylors, Nike Janoskis

Dress shoes have also had a significant increase in popularity over the past ~5 years or so.

Depending on where you go you'll sometimes see more people wearing dressy shoes than sneakers.

Linguam Latinam tu quoque? :rollin

I'll probably never use it but I don't regret taking it. Learned a lot about how Roman and Greek culture influenced modern "western" culture. Also learned that Rome was basically full of snakes with existential crisises.

Yeah the Roman/Greek history was really interesting. I think it also helps a lot with science classes because many terms are rooted in Latin.

I found it very helpful when studying anatomy, pathology, ... in nursing school. For example the word myopathy.

Let's just say I don't know what that word means. However I do know that "mys" is Greek for muscle and "pathos" means disease.

Thus I can conclude that the word myopathy means muscle disease. Just a small example of how knowledge of Latin/Greek can help you in various other fields of study.

@Antidope  and I met on Halo 3 several years ago. I'd guess around 2009 or 2010. I was in a private H3 group on bungie.net called Seasoned Veterans (a group for top tier players) and Antidope joined our group somewhere along the line, I can't exactly remember when.

So we started playing together etc. When the group's activity started dying down he suggested I joined NT.
