I start with washing my face first.. then hair.. then body, all of body

morning, cold shower

evening after gym or workout, hot show and use wash cloth or loofah

use body wash, so just hands in morning.. and only use the wash cloth or loofah once and then throw in the wash (hence why I switch between the 2)

I’ve always thought you wash yourself in the steps you would for a car. Start with the roof (your head) 1st. Then work your way down until you hit the wheels (your feet) for last.

i have a different product for each step (face wash, shampoo and body wash)

body wash got fragrant ingredients in it that I don’t want on my face and/or scalp

I'm going to wash one leg with soap and a washcloth for a month and just let water and body soap wash over the other for a month and report my findings.

Only thing l do that's considered strange is washing my face and neck with rubbing alcohol. Don't plan to stop. 38 with clear skin.

I dont think washing your face on a regular basis with isopropyl is good, but im no doctor

My skin is naturally dry, so I never put any soap or cleansers on it.

look for cleansers that are more moisturizing/hydrating.. usually the cream cleansers

avoid anything with fragrance.. and if it got essential oils go look that shh up

like they put something with a soothing scent and put calming on the label.. but that shh will dry out and irate your skin

something like this
Amazon product ASIN B01N7T7JKJ

I find that anything I put on my skin tends to not agree with it, honestly.

I've been doing it my way for over a decade now with no issues. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

i get you..

for me, i have slightly dry skin but live in a hot as hell climate.. so my struggle was/is finding stuff that's still sufficiently moisturizing while not being overly heavy

but there are alot of good stuff out there, especially now.. but i'd recommend hitting up youtube

also dont just buy products because it says men's, all that men's is the probably put what is deemed a masculine fragrance in it that will probably irate your skin
