A barber told me that it's used to extract oil from the skin to make the lining crisper. It fades off after an hour or so.

It's a makeup pencil, it's not extracting anything. These youtube barbers too concerned with making haircut pics on ig "pop" but they look stupid and fake with the pencil lines and spraypaint enhancements.
