I’ve actually beat three grown men in street fights. Training and technique is everything. With more attention to physical combat training, de escalation methods and proper disarming techniques. Women will have no issue with the common man.

Great points. Specialized teams such as swat or whoever else should be the ones with guns. More laws and special programs should be reviewed to better track violent criminals with guns and where they’re getting them from. Honestly I don’t know all the right steps.

I don’t agree with defunding the police. Money needs to be properly invested and they need to focus on more strategic options because clearly this isn’t it.

As currently used, yes they’re used as intimidation (bullies) and size does matter. If they were actually doing the job as intended then it wouldn’t.

Yea protocol is supposed to be for the police to chase or figure out where you are if you run/escape away from them...They either can’t or too lazy to catch up to folks so they go for the weapons knowing there won’t be any consequences ...One of the reasons why the whole “comply” angle is always bs, they supposed to have non lethal ways to deal with that but it’s always shoot 1st with certain ppl
