Black Army Vet’s AR-15 Is First Firearm Confiscated Under New Florida Gun Control Law
Jerron-Smith-324x160.jpg

Florida’s newly enacted gun control law led to the seizure of a Black Army veteran’s AR-15 rifle on Thursday, the first to be confiscated under the state’s new risk protection statute.

Jerron Smith, 31, of Deerfield Park is the first person to be arrested for violating the new law since it went into effect on March 9, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office said Monday. The legislation came amid nationwide calls for tougher gun laws in the wake of the deadly school shooting in Parkland, Fla.

I mean can we be mad at dude for scamming a system that's built on scamming people that feel like the only way to make it in life is by having a college degree? (which in turn leaves a lot of people in debt)

Dallas Club Denies Black Man Entry Because He’s Wearing Jordans; Black Guy Switches Shoes With White Friend; White Friend Tries To Get In With Jordans; You Know What Happens Next

http://blacksportsonline.com/home/2...t-in-with-jordans-you-know-what-happens-next/

A popular Dallas nightclub called Varsity Tavern is in hot water after being exposed for its racism. Sam Sayed, a white man in the area, was out with friends looking for a good time. His friend Stephen, who is a black man, was the victim of the profiling by the venue.

Varsity denied entry to Stephen for wearing Jordans. Him and Sam decided to try to catch the club of being racist on the spot. Stephen gave another white friend of his, Sean Gallagher, his Jordans to see if the club would let him in. Sure enough, he was allowed in while Stephen managed to get in wearing Sean’s shoes.

When both got into the venue, they switched back to their original shoes. Once the Varsity saw that Stephen was back in his J’s, they kicked him out.

Much respect to the men who used their white privelege to expose an establishment for their blatant racism.
