Why are we having this conversation?

There's already a "solution" for child abuse.

It's called jail.

What we need to discuss is the reestablishment of the black nuclear family.

No nuclear family = no community

No community = no economy

No economy = no power

No power = no nation

No nation = no people

Black Americans are about to go extinct as a people; we are surrounded, and folks are talking about everything and anything else but that.

These "men are dangerous" narratives and propaganda are pushing black people further and further into extinction - and I don't believe it's a coincidence.

A twice-married 71-year-old Black Woman with 12 children said Black men are abusing our children over video games, and the solution to this problem is dolls.

A former president, and husband, with two daughters, said black boys need exposure to homosexuality.

These people and their narratives/propaganda are dangerous.

His point was for younger men to surround themselves with people of various backgrounds/makeups since that's a reflection of the real world. It can also help with learning empathy.

Not sure why he felt the need to single out THAT characteristic/lifestyle as if that would get the job done quicker/more effective than any other lifestyle/cultural differences but I understood his overall point.

If a person is honorable, virtuous, decent, and kind, who cares what they've got going on in the privacy of their bedroom?

Teaching black boys to play with dolls and suggesting black boys seek guidance from homosexuals is an attack on masculinity and manhood.

White men are teaching their sons how to shoot guns and invest for capital gains.

The greatest wealth transfer in history is upon us, and black folks from previous generations (in general) have nothing to transfer but debt and financial illiteracy.

Obama's / Ali's statements say everything about them and their worldview, and it's dangerous - especially for Black people.

Racists are getting bolder and bolder with every passing year, Black folks' net worth is dropping off a cliff, black babies are being slaughtered by the thousands through abortion, single motherhood has exploded over the decades, Black feminist women are choosing misandry & bag chasing while waiting until they are 40 to become single mothers, Black men are incentivised into becoming "passport bros" or checking for other races of women domestically, the traditional black family is all but extinct, and these folks' solutions are "dolls" and "homosexuality".

We might need to get as far away from these folks as we can if we hope to survive what's coming.

This is what I meant earlier when I said that any injection of nuance would eventually be met with absolutism. And let’s also not mention what behavioral impact the stigma of “absent black father” could have on how these men’s approach their role as nurturers.

I do consider myself one of those fathers; however, I am also part of in the “children are to be seen, not heard” generation, whose fathers were very much married, but left their wives do the raising and nurturing. My father wouldn’t know what to do with us if my mother had to leave for a couple of days (sometimes, to save her sister from her husband’s beatings lol). I know men from his generation who don’t touch anything in the kitchen, don’t repair their vehicles, don’t fix **** around the house, don’t help with the kids’ homework, won’t even go grocery shopping. AND THEY WERE HOME EVERY NIGHT.

What kind of knowledge do you think they’re passing on to their kids? Outside of providing resources to support the nurturing, what kind of benefits do you really think their presence brings?

Yea, you got mom and dad in the house but one of them is abusive one way or another. Both parents are home but one or both of them are unhappy because this wasn’t the ideal situation for them. Now they’re sitting up in there full of resentment. People don’t realize how damaging THAT can be to a family unit. Doing it for the community sounds good until year 5. In the best case scenario, yes the nuclear family will help build a stronger black community, but the worst case scenario would be more damaging than single parent families. You gotta take the good with the bad.

Exactly. A lot of those kids grow up seeing their parents being abusive towards each other. No one ever mentions that

Just to keep it simple, having a 2 parent household isn’t the magic bullet some think it is…It’s advantages to it if it’s done right but overall like most things it’s a lot more nuance to it but most folks don’t wanna have that kinda convo, either all or nothin

I never said it wasn’t. It can be the best option in the best case scenario but it would naive to believe that would be the only the scenario. Even the most likely scenario. Idealism. I was fortunate enough to constantly be introduced to different family dynamics, in different places. Its wayyyy more nuanced than a “nuclear family”.

Could I see more scenery by driving? Yes.

Could I take a Greyhound bus? Yes.
