They did do a good job of making him look his age in the BB flashbacks pre-stroke.

It was realizing she helped Jimmy with the plan that Ultimately lead to his Brothers suicide.
She was down like four flat tires before that, all running hustles with slipping Jimmy and whatnot..............

Kim, no matter how sleazy, shady, corrupt Jimmy can get, is turned on by the stones on that man. At the start of the meeting with Paige/Mesa Verda she was dickmatized. Then she pulls out the tequila stopper...she a fiend for that action. She can't go back. He's ruined her. The rush, the excitement, the risk of getting caught. Mesa Verde, pro bonos for teens and druggies...its not enough anymore.

This Eduardo/Lardo guy. I'm curious to see what they do with him.
