Yeah man Katy is a trip...
I laugh it off most of the time because some people are so ignorant to the point they are cartoon characters to me. The thing about Katy/Sugarland cops is that they stay on that bs. I have had Katy Pd called on me, while in full postal uniform because somebody felt I was suspicious and not a "Real" postal employee..
Laughed my *** off on that one.
But one really got under my skin. I told a Caucasian lady that I wasn't going to give her mail without here id(standard postal procedure), also I never saw her before in my life and she was really rude in how she asked. It was more off "give me" instead of asking politely. I closed the mailbox door and proceeded to finish my route. I had two supervisors call me on my route asking if I "threatened" her. **** was straight laughable but she called her husband with some bs, captain save a *** story. Her husband proceeds to go to the post office, ironically talks to the only Caucasian supervisor and goes on this long lengthy;
"My wife is just a petite, pretty blonde that means no one any harm", and how he is a pastor and how he tried to ask me a question the previous week, mind you I have never seen these people in my life, but I cursed him out. The kicker is his wife said "she felt threaten" by the tone of my voice when I said"No"and that I slammed the mailbox door and it scared her.
Man I was so angry, I called in the next day because I wanted to do something serious to that house.
Two weeks later they had a package that needed a signature, I ring the door bell and this ***** acts like nothing happen and is all smiles and giggles.
Smh..
I even had a woman not open her door for a delivery, then turns around tells her husband she never received the item. Husband calls into the post office in a rage wanting a refund, blah, blah, blah. So we have special cops that go out to houses when things like this happen because of possible theft, etc. She tells the postal cops:
"She was scared to open the door for a big, black man" but I am in a uniform and in a big *** postal truck..
**** is hilarious..
@Fontaine
