They could just be 99's Jordan's don't crumble after 6 years if this came out circa 2004-2005 they'd still very much be wearable. The plastic eyelets have that 89-99 shape. Fakes were cheeks back in the day. I don't think they'd include details like that.

Tbh Jays always been an hour or two shoe unless you rocking 7s, 8s or maybe 1s. But man remember when Jordans didn’t even have ortholite insoles? Those were brick hard, bulky shoes back then. My shoe of preference if I’m going to be out all day is AM90s or shoes with Boost.

"Maybe 1s"....? That made me laugh. In my opinion 1s are the worst of all, and it's not even close. Hard rubber sole and cup; can't even fell the air. Personally I can wear 3s, 4s, 5s, and recent 6s, and 7s, even 11s all day for hanging out with the family at the mall, or work. For amusement parks a good version of a AM90 is a good option, but even certain Jordan 3s are decent. If not a retro, them I'm in for an ACG with zoom/react/CF plate ;-).

If you're talking about OG's, the 1s versus the 14s comfort-wise they're not even in the same league.
