Yeah the tumble is terrible and you can see how thick the PU coating is. Not sure how anyone could think that’s better than the GG or AMM leather.

Typical NT behavior, dump on previous releases when a new one drops. The 2018 was suitable for 2018. Now that we got the Reimagined 3s and Fire Reds, they aren’t. Easy way to put it.

Cut/mold of the shoe. The other things - elephant print level/darkness, the red showing behind the tongue, the type of leather are specs/details of the shoe.

Oh thanks for pointing out it’s not every shoe Nike retros ever. That’s very helpful! The MAJORITY of Jordans retroing in the past two years have been better than any previous retros in the past 20 years. Anyone who follows this stuff has seen the upward trend. What exactly are you trying to prove here?

2018s also had the glitter issue, or at least my pair from SNKRS did… need to see official images of the 2024s, but can’t imagine they’re somehow worse than the 2018s.

I think kids sizes had 4 red eyelets near the toe until pretty recently. Probably like a size 5 men’s. Definitely an outlier though as far as the EP boldness goes. The white pair is how the EP looked on the vast majority of OG pairs.

Size 5 mens = child's size IMO

Jokes aside, anything under a men's 7 or 6 looks distorted on certain models.

Towards the end the guy asks a bunch of people which they prefer between the 2018 and 2024. Only one person chose 2024. It’s no wonder why Nike made the changes they made. The average person doesn’t care about OG details. They like bold elephant print and fake stiff tumbled leather.
