sleeve, box lid, plastic ****, paper, then shoehorn just to see the tag inside. Nope.
I hope they move to the shadow 10 box for the concords.

Wow if they actually fixed the height of the overall shoe these could shape up to be the best concord retro yet. We should also stop hearing complaints about the PL being too high because that small change in overall height of the shoe balances the shoe out and make its look even more closer to the OG. Man, can’t wait.

I thought it was just the black collar throwing my eye off. Nope the ankle part does seem highier. I’m hyped. If those are it.

Its the space of cordura between the last lace strip and the black collar if you want to zero in on the difference. It also makes the collar able to stay more straight across and not bent in at the leather.

My problem was with the height not so much the pl cut. Just looked back at his posts and it was basically they changed one thing closer to what you like so don’t complain about anything.
It’s just funny to hear complaints answered lead to the best retroed concord.
Side note is that they seemed to changed the height/shape within the same year. Which was my biggest gripe.
I’m happy with these.

No. I didn’t have a problem with folks complaining about the overall height of the shoe. That’s always been a valid complaint, so I don’t know where you’re getting that from. My gripe was with folks complaining about the high PL cut which JB finally after all these YEARS of complaints and bad retros with trash low pl height, finally got right IMO. My thing was; yes be mad at the overall height of the shoe but how could you be mad at the high PL cut itself? It’s the height of the shoe we need them to change now. And so far it looks like they did. Now they could potentially be 100% right instead of 98% right. Get it?

Glad they are raising the overall height. It looks much better and more like the OG.
Swishsuppy does sell fakes, but new details are typically accurate. When the 2016 space jams, or even the Bordeaux 7s were revealed via early fake sellers, they reflected the actual mold changes that followed.
