I saw this thread pop up and figured I would pop in to see what all the commotion was about, lol. Ironically enough I’ve had mine listed for weeks after having come to the conclusion that I just can’t enjoy the terrible shape of these. If you could splice 2003 shape and quality with this 2021 color execution, be a real winner!

Recent pickups spiked it then cripes and cheers of appreciation. Some shared the same complaint of shape or toe shape as well.
Actually prefer the shape of these to the OG IEs. Leather isnt OG soft and maybe the nubuck was better but the rest of it just does it for me.

I remember when the 2003 version of the lows came out they sold really well and in many places they sold out,.......and those were not even close to the Originals, but these that are seems only the older crowd knows about them.

too many releases now, and too many random 11s and the sure fire christmas holiday drop. also everyone tried to get anything 11s in those day, patents or IEs., which also crossed over to patents 1s. how times have changed, 1s tanked back then and now everyones on the breds lol.

My sentiments exactly.

I want to love this shoe, but when I toss them on and see them bulky as toes, it’s hard to complete the fit.

Might just turn em to grocery store run joints

If any of yall have to have a pair of OGs just go on Ebay they pop up often enough. There was a pair I was looking at recently that were $45 with OG box. Just needs a sole icing and good to go. Plenty of excellent restorers out there. I honestly wouldn't even unyellow them they look dope as is.

What’s the big deal about some stitching coming undone? I’ve had so many shoes suffer failures while playing, ESPECIALLY ‘90s Nikes and Jordans. My OG XIs, first time I played in them, one step on my foot by another player tore an inch of the foam midsole right off the lateral side of one of my shoes. Had to return them.

I love the 11 ie low but the cushionning is bad compare to the Space jam 2019.
I sent back the Space jam 2019 due to the size and because i was waiting for the Bred colorway.
But I would have been happy to watch a comparison of the Space jam vs Bred because SJ were really really lighter than the bred and maybe had a better cushionning.
I normally wear size 9, but i had to go down half size.
I have the feeling people are looking me as if my shoes are too small for my body. Maybe the size 9 should have been the good choice. If anyone can tell me?

My brother busted his foot out the side of his og concords (Zion style) playing football in the street back in the day. I’ll never forget how heartbroken he was on that day lol.

Yup, after the Playoff 12s, I stopped…nothing coming out that I care for plus what I need to wear what I currently have more often so I’m out

There are very few pairs that I’ll make an exception for though

I know for sure there are others on here that have an insane collection, I’d say I’ve owned at least 200+ pairs over time (not all at once). I think the most I’ve had at one time was like 70-75 pairs…but sold most if not all off, I’m down to about 10 and the most “rare” shoe I have are some Off-White dunks…everything else is pretty regular stuff

100% agree, they really laid these out in quality shape color and all. Appreciate all IEs on hand but these are really special.
Hard to believe almost passed on them just because the 2010s* are still in great shape and never minded the smoke black sole.
