Yeah just avoid them man. Def scammers because I’ve had people message me like that before. One time I just messed with them just to see how they work. Most of the ones I’ve seen try to send you some really fake email acting like paypal saying the money has been paid in an invoice you send them but when you check your paypal account the money isn’t added.

I had one dude on the phone with me trying to play it off as some issue and when I told him I think he was trying to scam me, he hung up the phone with the quickness
