For any of you who have the NiceKicks NMD & actually wear them, it looks like they come with an insole unlike other NMDs, does that affect their fit compared to other PKs?

It's not an insole so much as it's a thin, fused layer with the branding and gold printing (you can still faintly make out the boost ripples under the NK logo in my pic). No effect on sizing.
