It's only "illegal" if they keep the money and don't remit it to the taxing authorities. If they're not set up properly, they may just collect VAT on all sales, regardless, and remit it all to the authorities

My red HU from Sivas says complete now, so does that mean they're about to ship?

Probably not. These are releasing in a lot places. Go for SNS and ADC first. Those small Euro shops/boutiques should be a last resort.

Thought I'd say "Hi" and ask if anybody knows whether there's more HU drops still coming? Would like to come up on a red Scarlett at retailish before i pull the trigger on a $500 resale pear.
