I dont think he is gonnabe relavent past 40. But, I can't knock the hustle...

...Word up on Madison Ave is I'm a CASH COW!!

Just the other day I was thinking that I haven't heard about any business deals regarding Jay for the past few weeks. It's gotten to a point where Iexpect to hear some business news about him every 2 months or so. Dude is caking like no other in the rap business.

I guess I'm a hater.

This _ aint never did nothin for me or any of yall for that matter...

yet yall ride his sack like he yall pops are something.

Than _ is just a pawn don't let the media fool you.

I can tell you ain't getting what you want out of life...salty !%% _

He did alot for alot of people on here through his music....

Good for Jay-Z, he's eating very well.
However....

The overall package for Jay-Z also includes an upfront payment of $25 million, a general advance of $25 million that includes fees for his current tour, and advance payment of $10 million an album for a minimum of three albums during the deal's 10-year term, these people said.
It will be interesting to see what he can rap about for 3 more albums...I can see it now "40's the new 30"

Actually, Jay may pay less in taxes, than the average american.

Because, when you make money as a business, you can write off expenses

Technically, this is real talk.

There's probably a few 53 year old Jewish white guys in the background who you've never heard about, who are making atleast 10x what Jay is off thisdeal.

I know that sounded kind of weird, but to put it simpler, you know how Birdman and Slim run Cash Money? Well Birdman is the "pawn"...he gets thefame, while Slim gets most of the money.

Birdman has to record music, do shows, do interviews, stay in shape (Have y'all seen Dudes arms
eek.gif
...I'd hate to get in a fight with him)

While Slim doesn't really have to do much, but sit back in his leather executive chair and watch the money pile up

y'all are funny. i dunno what kinda money y'all are seeing, but i'd love to be a $500+ million "pawn."

Removing radio from the hip hop artists' mind could be very good. And hip hop is easily one of the worst genres when it comes to live shows, this could change that. My man Hov (no stephen) is about to change the rap game.
