I can't lie, I loaf and prioritize personal task on Mondays. Basically a 4 day work week.
Repped for pulling “loaf” out of the vocabulary vault.
Haven’t used that word since HS

lucky you
Four 10 hour days doesn't sound bad either.
EEOC or something would have to enforce this, corporations ain't just doing this outta goodwill.
Yeah i've seen companies gladly accept those "best quality of life" etc. meaningless awards while having people work 60+ hrs a week plus weekends, especially on the accounting and finance side.Smaller businesses, if possible, would have to take the lead as well.
I’d enjoy 4/10s
I’m sure i could do the same amount of work in 4 days actually. There’s just no need to rush rn so I chill a bit.
Currently typing from the washroom while getting paid

How would this work for hourly? Wouldn't you basically see a 20% reduction in gross pay by the end of the year? Yeah you work less but you also are paid less
No company is going to pay for 5 and have you work only 4. Unless you work 10 hour days 4 days a week vs 4x8.
Everyone would love to work only 1-4 days a week but that's not paying the bills.
Article is trash
