Ok so what do you like about it? Honest question. You don’t listen to the Wu or never heard of them so why try to get this shoe specifically?

I don’t skate but have SBs cuz the colors are dope and i was around when they started blowing up with the Supas, Reese Forbes, chocolate, etc. So owning them is about liking the shoe itself and its colorway.

So i ask again, why go for this specific shoe if you have no attachment to what it represents, to the sneaker heads and Wu fans that remember the drop and clamored for them? I’m guessing you like the colors so why not go after a pair of 2020 iowas or the Jordan pollens? Both are the same color blocking, shape etc and can be had for less stress.

If you are about the hype say it, then it makes sense but don’t say you don’t like Wu-Tang but want the shoe but want to play the oh you old head gatekeeper card, when Nike has already made 2 identical alternatives.

Billie’s AF1s are unique, AMM have “quality” craftsmanship and dope colorblocking. It’s not the same.

There are 2 legit identical models released by Nike that are more easily and economically available. Do you like those as much?

I now prefer the Wu version because it is more expensive, hyped, and Travis Scott wore them. I'm sorry for even thinking my poor man Iowas can compare these.

Tbh as a west coast kid in the bay who grew up with no cable tv/MTV, i had minimal exposure to east coast rap and didn’t know who wu was. Radio played some redman, method man and ODB occasionally, but they were always on separate tracks never as a collective. So this release didn’t really move me. I question if i should get the galaxy foams. I vividly remember them coming out but not sure if i really liked them. the whole 2012-2013 Galaxy trend was corny and played out instantly. those custom elite socks LOL
